At No 4, we take pride in our food and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund Policy below for guidance.
 

1. In-Store Purchases

All sales made in-store are considered final. However, if you experience an issue with the quality of your food or drink, please speak to a member of staff immediately. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
 

2. Online Orders (Click & Collect / Delivery)

We aim to prepare and deliver all online orders accurately and on time. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item(s),

  • Your order was missing items,

  • The food or drink was spoiled or not up to standard,

  • Your order was not fulfilled (e.g., not prepared or delivered).

To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and details of the issue.
 

3. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

  • For same-day orders, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to refund orders that are already prepared or in progress.

  • For future-dated orders or event bookings, cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a full refund.
     

4. Gift Vouchers and Merchandise

Refunds are not available for gift vouchers or merchandise unless faulty or otherwise required by law. Please retain your receipt for any returns.

6. Refund Processing Time

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we reasonably believe the request is fraudulent or not made in good faith.
